Comments: I live out of state, but have rental property in Fayetteville, NC. After several weeks of attempting to contact my tenant for past due rent, I contacted the Sherriff's department for a wellness check. Much to my surprise, the house was unsecured for several weeks due to police entering the home to arrest the tenant. However, the tenant was released from jail the day after, but also abandoned the home. There was significant damage to the front entry and rear window, leaving the home unsecured. I immediately used HomeAdvisor to find a recommended contractor to evaluate the situation. I contacted Mr. Don McClemore from Home Restorations, Inc. Living out of state immediately leaves doubt and insecurities regarding services. Mr. McClemore arrived to my home to do an estimate. Upon his own volition, he secured the front door to prevent unauthorized entry and vandalism. Mr. McClemore provided comfort and reassurance in getting my home repaired. Mr. McClemore responded to my emails, calls, and texts quickly. I decided to put the home up for sale upon the completion of Mr. McClemore's carpentry. Prior to final payment, my real-estate agent did a walk through on the home and said Mr. McClemor's craftsmanship is undoubtedly impeccable and that you can feel and see the pride he takes in his work and that the house was turnkey ready to sell. When My agent listed the home, we immediately had an interested couple that wanted to see it, and made an offer! I strongly believe due to Mr. McClemore's work ethics and professional craftsmanship made my home sell after just one day of being on the market. I highly recommend Home Restorations, Inc.
